Welcome to the Western New York Developmental Disabilities Services Office, a local government establishment dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Located at 258 East Main Road, Fredonia, New York, we are a proud part of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
