Prosper Brewing
Prosper Brewing, located at 72 Webster Street in North Tonawanda, New York, is a bar, restaurant, and food establishment that is reviving the brewing tradition in the Tonawandas after a 70-year drought. The institution honors the legacy of Prosper Peuquet, a legendary brewmaster from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
