"Patient, flexible, hard working staff and great bike selection! After a back injury, I wasn't able to comfortably ride my GT Mountain Bike anymore. So, my husband and I went to BERTS in hopes to find something new. We had great customer service and tried a few nice bikes out. My husband and I ended up getting a couple of e-bikes! The staff worked an hour after they closed to get our new bikes checked and get us out the door that same day so we could enjoy riding before the weekend was over. The e-bikes are awesome, so much fun! Sadly, the bike I chose didn't work out for me as I had some back pain after a longer ride and needed a more upright bike, so I ended up going back again and trying out a couple more bikes and found the perfect fit. They were able to exchange the bikes without issue and I could not be happier. They were so helpful and patient with me. I am happy to be able to ride again thanks to upright, comfy fit and the pedal assist with the e-bike! Thank you to all the staff at the Webster BERTS! :)"

"This location is poorly run. I've been to other Bert's bike locations which are much better. I think the store manager or perhaps the area manager is to blame for how bad the Webster location is. At my usual Bert's bikes there's 4 people at the front that greet you when you walk in and ask if you need assistance. They're knowledgable, communicative and explain various options. This isn't the case at the Webster branch. You'd be better off buying a bike online or at an independently owned bike shop where you can build a relationship."
