"I'm a commuter and very inconveniently got a flat tire this morning shortly before leaving for the train station. I called orange and white, and they gave me a pretty good price! $12! That's around the same price as uber for me! My driver was at my house within 15 minutes and was VERY polite! He even discussed the train schedule with me, letting me know that were getting to the station early enough for me to take an earlier train so that I could get to work earlier. He was super nice! I haven't used Orange and white in years, but whenever I need to now, I know I can count on them!"
"I would give zero stars. I called this car service from Yaas Tea located at 347 New York Avenue in Huntington to the Huntington LIRR and the rude cranky dispatcher told me the price was $19!!! I said no thank you and called used Uber which charged only $9. Be careful they will try to rip you off."
"Waste of time and I just called for a price… guy on phone was rude and said the phone was ringing and he had to go well I guess they didn’t want my business… and they wonder why Uber and Lyft get all the $$.. I wish I could give NO stars!!"
"I would give 0 stars if I could. How is this place still in business? The cars are super old and are falling apart, they are filthy and smell disgusting, and so do most of the drivers. I won't even get into the prices. Why pay their sky-high prices to ride in a filthy old rickety car when you can go with Uber or Lyft for way cheaper and at least get a clean new car? I've given this company a couple of chances only because I tried not to give in to Uber/Lyft, I wanted to help a local business, but I give up. The guy who runs this place is nasty as anything and rude to the customers too. I will now go with Uber or Lyft, or maybe try Arima Taxi, I heard they're pretty good."
