"I am having a terrible time finding a reliable taxi service for Sunday and Thursday nights. For example, tonight I used KENT TAXI SERVICE. I called around 530pm to request a pick up at my house for later on. Nobody answered the phone, but It also says you can text the address and time for pick up. So I text the address and time for 845pm and he said okay which I took as confirmation. So it’s 845pm I’m standing at the end of my driveway and he’s nowhere to be found. I call the number again and the guy was sleeping and totally forgot. I keep running into issues like this, and I’m really at my wits ends. On top of that they do not take credit or debit card and you have to have cash on you. With most cab companies are doing debit card services."
