"I've been using this service while my car is in the shop and it's been nothing but problems. They started off going to my home instead of the mechanics address so I waited over an hour to be picked up. Even worse then that- they keep raising there prices each time I've called them. I just got dropped off by them 13 miles from my house and was charged $65. Yesterday my husband used them to go twice as far and was charged 50. When I question the cost I couldn't discuss it with the driver because he didn't speak English. Complete rip off."

"Held my friend hostage, asking for $37 for a $25 trip from Brewster to Exit 1 in Danbury. He wouldn't let him out of the car. Avoid at all costs."

He refused to leave and made me pay him for time he sat there after I had told him to leave already. After paying he refused to give me back my card until he was pulling off the road. Would never recommend this company"

"I came into town recently to visit with family that lives in the area and used this taxi/car service to get to my family members house where I was staying I wish I had called around and done some research. Their prices are way overpriced not to mention I couldn’t understand the driver because he didn’t understand or speak English. The driver was very rude and unprofessional, when I tried to speak with him and understand what he was trying to say to me and vise versa. I can honestly say I won’t be using this car service/taxi service again. Do your self a favor and use another company"
