If you can avoid this company please by all means spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Multiple incidents where the driver has been verbally aggressive to others when called out on his driving of the bus. Also have seen this bus hit multiple vehicles. Do NOT recommend."

"We booked for our wedding this last October (2016) and confirmed the itinerary the day before with primo's office. We had just moved to the area and wanted to use a local service. After the initial drop off from the hotel, we had asked for a return shuttle every half hour starting at 8:30 with the final shuttle leaving there venue at 11:30. We also advised they do a dry run as the route is remote and tricky. As the night was well under way, I got a trap on my shoulder from one of my guests saying they've been waiting for a shuttle for over 45 min. It was past 10:30 and I immediately called and manager/owner. He was rude, unapologetic, and unsympathetic, stating, " you had a bus at 8:30 and 9:30, what more do I want?!". I was confused. I confirmed a shuttle every half hour the day before. He then stated that "it was never a service he could provide" to which I asked, "why did you let me book these services?". Without hesitation the owner said, "because that is what you wanted.". So you sold me an empty bill of goods? The owner then started to become belligerent so I said we will talk on Monday and hung up. It gets better. As I'm hanging up I see a bus drive up and try to get back to my wedding reception. After my interaction with thre owner of primo limousine, I knew that there would'nt be an 11:00 and a 11:30 shuttle but figured there was enough room for the guests remaining to not worry. 11:15 showed up and I see the second bus. I was relieved add there were two buses, plenty of space for the remaining guests and servers truly began to relax. As the party began to wind down, I noticed the SECOND bus pulling away, leaving the first bus. Gave me pause, but not much else. Come to find out, the first bus had broken down. When I asked when the next bus would be back, the driver said 15-20 min. 45 min passed and I asked again and got the same response of 15-20 min and when I called the driver on his echoed response, he said he really didn't know. I called the owner again. I woke him up, as was obvious with the groggy sound he had when he answered. I told him that I still had guest and servers stranded at the wedding site. He didn't believe me! He began to ask if I spoke to the driver and if I had done my due dillangance before inconveniencing him. It was clear that no one had told the boss that one bus was broken down and one was MIA. I asked him to find a solution and call me back. I'm sure by now you can guess, he never called me back and stopped answering his phone when I called. The servers called a friend from their town an hour and twenty min away to come and get them. When their ride arrived, he said the other bus was stuck in a ditch, stranded, and off the road. We decided to drive the rest of our guests back to the hotel 40min away ourselves. It was clear that no one was communicating with us let along each other. The broken down driver had no idea the other driver had missed the turn and driven off the road. There was no way for three driver to communicate with each other, no internal CB or radio. I returned after dropping off our stranded guests at 3:30am when the last shuttle was to pick them up at 11:30pm. Not to worry. We had plenty of libation, a beautiful Bonfire and great company so the night wasn't a complete inconvenience. I struggled with even posting any of this as our wedding was far more than a rude, botched, unprofessional driving service, however, in yesterday's paper, primo limo was slated to win an award from the local chamber of commerce. If this is the standard of service that my neighbors hold for their businesses, then I'm sorry to say that Olean New York, you are being robbed."
