"These folks, and especially Jordan, are TOP NOTCH! I needed new tires, there were mistakes, and Jordan didn’t offer cheap excuses. He and the team simply acknowledged the mistake and corrected the situation with a sense of urgency and professionalism. You don’t get that anymore. Too often when a business makes a mistake you get, “Well let me tell you about my problems”, which have no bearing on the outcome you paid for. That wasn’t the case here with Jordan and the folks at Monro. If you want great service and straight answers, go to Monro."
