"Consumer Affairs should check their tiny paper sign on their exchange/refund policy . Spent approx $50 on pants that I can’t return because they don’t have a good System to track inventory or search by credit card used to purchase an item . They send you to call another store location like they can solve the issue when their response are , you didn’t get the item from us so how can I search the item . Poor customer service and they provide an email that is not even a real once. (The other location) . I’ll be putting a claim with consumer affairs . Maybe they will make their sign bigger for the public eye to see."

"I was recommended to this store by one of my cousins. I woke up this morning and planned to visit the store sometime this afternoon. I went on their website to scout out some of their items ahead of time but I noticed that the largest size on ALL of their jeans was a size 9 on the website. I’m a bigger girl, probably a size 16 or 17 in most jeans. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of size variety within the stores clothing. I was honestly shocked and in denial so I called the store. The man who I spoke with on the phone was not understanding at all. It seemed like he didn’t care about our conversation whatsoever and on top of it all he confirmed that the store is not plus size friendly and that their largest size in store is a 13 which is still small for me as well as so many other beautiful ladies out there. after my experience on the phone and the information that I gathered I decided not to even visit the store. It’s so important for stores to have sizing for all women, not just what our society deems as “normal,” “perfect” or “ acceptable.“ everyone is beautiful in their own way and it’s time that we start recognizing that in the fashion industry!!"
