"I was happy with the meal that I ate because, it was well cooked, burger, and fries tastes great but, I wish there were combo meals!!"

"I had issue with transferring coupons from the order that was shipped to me to the one I found at the store. Cashier person can't do basic math. I tried to explain to her and she replied the computer did it and there is no way to change it. I just paid whatever and left with the shoe since it was hard to find my size. Only had one pair of shoe in my size and it was the display. The shoe I got was comfortable and fits perfectly. Suppose to have "all terrain tread" on the bottom but it still slides on slippery surfaces. Still good as an everyday use shoe."

"Wen't in with my wife and kids to buy new sneakers for my 5 yr old girls. One of the boxes had one shoe in it. Figured the one on display was the other shoe. Not so. So I looked around the store for someone who could help. Was fairly empty. Apparently two employees just passed me by while I was looking like I lost something. Made my way to the register where those two employees proceeded to chat w each other while I stood in front of them. No can I help you?, no nothing. I asked them if they could help me with this size as the shoe was missing. Would there be another display somewhere else in the store? Tall guy took my shoe and didn't say a word just started walking towards the section where I had got it. He found the other shoe after going through random shoe boxes and gave it back to me. I said thank you. Not a word from him. Went to go pay and blonde girl at the register closest to the entrance rang us up. Didn't say a word to us. Looked at us. Apparently words are hard. We spent about $90. My wife said hello to her and she painfully squeeze out an inaudible "hello". Management of this store, retrain these people! Really inexcusable behavior apparently okay at this location. Say hello! Communicate with the people you are trying to win business from. Maybe the Manager needs to be retrained on how to treat guest who are looking to buy your products."

"TERRIBLE customer service. If your workers want to leave before 8, you should change your store times. Me, as well as other customers, were at the locked door before 8pm looking at your store hours on the window. I was knocking on the door and was ignored. So, I called the store and was hung up on twice after a female associate claimed they close at 8 and that the door was unlocked. It wasn’t unlocked or we would have been able to enter. You may want to reconsider your hours or training."

"Let me preface this review by saying I really don't like shopping. Especially shoe shopping. I especially don't like these big shoes stores with aisle after aisle of shoes. I've been to other locations of DSW before, and I don't like the environment at all. This one is different though. It feels orderly, and has the warmth of a store that is not unbearable to shop. Not only that, but the employees here are really good. Everyone here is courteous and very helpful. In fact, we called ahead to put shoes on hold. They were there, I tried them on in front of the store, with my little dog. I paid, and I was driving back home before I knew it. It was a quick and painless shopping experience. This is the best shoe shopping experience ever. Overall, this is the best DSW location. Definitely give it a try for all your shoe needs."
