"They have great employees that are extremely knowledgeable about the products and they are nicest employees in any store I've been to in the last year. I bought a new jacket and it was 1 size too small. When I was trying it on Jonathan, who was awesome, told me it was too small and I had to exchange it for the right size. They made it a easy process and they have the best jackets out of the big brands. Also excellent hoodies, boots and kids clothing. I had my daughter trying on their jackets, which are great jackets for both adults and kids."

"LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this store, especially working with Samantha! I am usually intimidated shopping at high end stores and do most of my shopping online. I happened to stop in after getting lunch in the area and could not be more pleased with my decision. I left the store feeling great with every purchase!!! Thank you to Samantha for being so knowledgeable about the brand and the rest of the staff that made shopping SO much fun!"
"Purchased a coat at this location. The salesperson was very nice. However, I was told the person I was gifting the jacket to could return the coat if she didn’t like it. When we tried to return it, we were told there are no returns. It’s really terrible to try to make money by lying to customers. Will never shop here again."
"I am so happy that the Manhasset Mackage store opened. I went there over the weekend looking for a coat but I wasn’t sure which style was best for me. Samantha, Jonathan and Lexi were super friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what I was looking for and brought me many options to try on (and a sparkling water). It truly was a top-notch customer experience and the store fits nicely into the Americana Manhasset. I walked away with an awesome, stylish coat and I will definitely be back."
