"It’s not the old Talbots where the clothing was better made. I still have clothes from Talbots that I bought 30 years ago. You won’t be saving any of these clothes for that long. Just not the same. There are always different ladies working in this store. Most of them are very helpful. Some are just there to spend the day. The main drawback is the tiny parking lot. They chose the worst location and that’s what keeps me from going there more often."
"The clothes were laid out easily for us to look at and pick out. There was more than enough variety to choose from in every size-petites to plus. The sales people were very attentive and offered to take our choices and find a room in the fitting room and later on would exchange any piece for other size if it was needed. That is a plus because I am in between sizes and that would mean putting back my clothes and having to keep going back and forth a lot of times to find the right size. This way they saved me from getting frustrated from not finding what I wanted. I felt they wanted me to buy what I needed and felt comfortable with. Also, I needed to return items and that was also handled quick and easy with zero issues- a credit to my account. I also ended up ordering something online and having it delivered to my home. Not bad for 1 visit to the store. Great service, great quality, great selection."
"Must say the ladies who work there now (Nov 2019) are so nice and attentive. I used to hate going there, the ladies who used to assist customers only talked to their "regulars" and ignored the rest. On top of it they talked forever with them and made us all wait. Now it is so nice!"
"Nice store, good selection of item. Staff is great! If you can't find what you need, they have it delivered to your home. Parking lot is very small & gets packed quick!"
"Nice store but small selection which is why I don't usually go here. Apparel is geared towards older women. Half the store ( all on one side) has petite sizes. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Very neat and organized. When I went on a weekday afternoon there was limited parking due to Christmas holiday shopping and 40% off everything sale. Their prices are on the high side considering it's not even designer clothing."
