New patients are welcome and encouraged to fill out required forms before their visit. Masks are optional for patients and family members who are symptom-free and have had no exposure within 10 days. For the safety of all patients and staff, those who test positive for COVID-19 must not come to the office for 5 days from the positive test or onset of symptoms, and wear a mask from day 6 to 10.
