"It's been a nightmare just to get my meds. Devon is a monster. I am 62 and do NOT need someone messing with my medication order. Delaying it on purpose, by either taking out my card that was originally on file without issue prior times and not shipping the day they said they would. His female peer worker jumped aboard his nightmare train to hell for the elderly. Calling my home and hanging up and caught in lies on more than one occasion. Constantly giving me an issue. It's only 1x a month and so thank goodness for that but it's a nightmare to go through when you just don't want the drama. I thought I was done with these people but I have one more refill and so I will see how this goes. Dread calling my meds in. Having health issues and I spoke with Amanda when I went to get my last prescriptions and she had a blank look on her face while I was talking to her. Nothing going to happen as far as getting her help. She apparently believes them over me. Too bad because Walmart prices are more affordable for me but it's just too much to deal with each month with no superior to handle the matter appropriately. :( She was helpful at beginning but, whatever they told her, she believes? So I'll have to buy and pay more elsewhere."

"The pharmacist openly told me a fabrication not knowing whenever I am given an answer that once home I would fully investigate the matter further. He as I suspected gave me faulty information. I addressed my practitioner who agreed I was correct and with my new refill my prescriber wrote a message to the pharmacist to adhere to what was written from her. I have legitimate pain issues and I wake up around 5am every day in pain. This incompetent pharmacist feels its ok to by pass what my provider deem necessary for me to remain pain free. I didn't ask for anything a day early. This is what happens when people confined to glorified pill counters put themselves on pedalstals. A classic example of to many chiefs and not enough indians."

"Changing my first review of the pharmacy. The first experience was terrible but afterwards I’ve had several positive experiences now. The technicians have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Also love the curbside pickup now too. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work! We appreciate you!"
