"I am insulted and disappointed. I had ordered new pegs, a bridge and strings on line for my cello. I had trouble replacing things and broke a string (leaving 3 strings). I decided it was better to bring it to experts. They charged me 145$. It came back from the repairman with 2 strings. The employee that called me to inform me of all this said he would check about the strings. Shortly he called back to tell me the owner said his repairman doesn't make mistakes like that. I felt like I was being accused of lying. Highly insulted I went to the store and the owner told me "I know the customer is supposed to always be right but surely you don't expect me to give you a string for free." Poor way to run a business! Never going back!"
"Great shop in a prime location. The owners story of their journey and memories made with our community . Plus my own 16 yr old twin daughters rented their first instruments from there. They always have instock our schools required musical books, stands, sheet folders, reeds,waxes, and much more to meet almost everyones musical needs. Back in 2018 as a parent wanting to be practical with twins in Jr high band I was giving some great advice on when decided what age and level our children should be at when we considering purchasing their own new instrument. After they have stayed committed to the instrument or still show the same level of effort and enthusiasm. Children either lose interest all together or try other instruments out before finding their fit. And for my home that was a factor to consider. I believe they will always have the instore needs that the online world has taken from so many other great shops.. Brick & Mortar shops are where it all began and with so many online ways to shop today, Nothing can replace the physical connections that any one individual can make when going in person to the shop. Thank you for being There for the beginning of my children's musical talents."
