"This was my first visit to this store. I almost drove by it because I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. There is a big sign on the building, but by the time I saw that, I was almost all of the way past it. The parking area is long, but shallow. The entrance is very clearly marked, which is something I appreciate. The inside of the store is well lit and clean. The shelves were stocked and free from clutter. I was immediately assisted upon entry, and the employee knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. He even checked all of my math to make sure that I wasn't getting more lumber than I needed, which was good. I ended up paying less than I thought I would have to, which is always a good surprise. They cut the wood for me as I needed it. I know that this is pretty standard for places that sell hardware, but the cashier printed off instructions for the person doing the cutting and made sure that they were there when I got there. All in all, it was a positive experience, I just need to see if they have a sign visible from the road next time I go that way. Edit: Yea, they have a big, very obvious sign. I just didn't see it the first time."
