Our founder, Adam, has been practicing yoga since 2013 and brings a beginner-friendly approach to ensure you feel confident and safe as you embark on your yoga journey. With experience in various styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Acro, Adam is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, strength, and balance.
Adam's wife, Christine, complements this welcoming environment with her gentle yoga classes that focus on providing opportunities for quiet and stillness, helping you recharge and leave feeling light, open, calm, and refreshed. A 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with special training in Restorative Yoga, Christine understands the importance of nurturing oneself, especially as a busy mom. Her classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release tension and stress, bringing balance to your life.
Christine is also a Certified Health Coach, passionate about intuitive eating and the healing power of traditional foods. Outside the studio, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with their daughter Hannah and two cats, Olive and Sprinkles.

"Haven Yoga is a great place to learn yoga! Adam and Chrissy have a way of breaking down the poses to make yoga approachable. They also provide modifications to make poses more or less challenging. My posture, flexibility, strength, and balance have all improved as a result of practicing at Haven Yoga. It has also helped me understand the importance of controlled breathing and this has helped me with my cardiovascular fitness when running. I highly recommend Haven Yoga for all levels of fitness."
