"This was a real pleasure doing business with Marc and Joel. The service was exceptional! I purchased a Sun tricycle. Assembled, adjusted and delivered. Had some adjustments needed after actually riding and they came to the house and took care of me. Especially being a senior it would have been difficult to get the trike in for the adjustment. My thanks to these two for their care and great service."

"Took my bike to get a tune-up and have a few things repaired. The guy that took it in didn't write down most of the repairs needed. When I picked up the bike a week later, not only were none of the problems addressed, but one of the tires was even still flat. The employee (a different one) that brought the bike out for me said it was probably nothing, even though my tire repeatedly going flat was my biggest problem I brought it in for. When I got home I realized that not only were my repairs not fixed, but I had been given the wrong tires, the front wheel had gone flat again, and the front brake was broken. It came back worse than I sent it in! I went back to the store to settle the problems - a third employee helped me (I will admit I was irate upon entering). He gave me a refund on the repairs and fixed everything that needed fixing over the next 30-40 minutes. This employee was very helpful, but he is no longer there, and if the success is only 1 out of 3, I'd be very hesitant to return. Because of the refund and the eventual repairs, I don't want to rate the business too harshly, but it should've been evident to all employees that my bike shouldn't have left the shop in the state it was in. It also makes me wonder what work was done on it in the week it was there. I guess if you get the manager, your bike will probably be fixed fine, but it seems the other employees need a lot more training."

"Purchased my first bike there in 1978. Purchased 5 more over the years for family members and have had countless repairs and tuneups through the years. Most recently purchased a Cannondale Synapse which has been a great bike. When I had some repetitive issues, tech took it for a ride and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Almost all of the staff have been pleasant and very helpful. Occasionally a tech is busy repairing a bike behind the counter and waits for customer to request something as he continues repairs. I have never experienced rudeness or poor service. Sometimes you have to cowboy up in life and initiate a conversation! I do not know why I would ever go to another shop locally."

"Simply the best bike shop in town. Purchased ny first bike from them with the money I saved when I was a kid mowing lawns. When the 720 needed to be replaced, there was only one place to go. Syracuse bicycle is a decent shop with many options, however, every time I go in there I feel the pressure from the sales they need. Very passive aggressive in their own way I must say. The bikery has such a small town feel and I love it! I'm always taken care of and satisfied every time I go there. I've been coming here since I was 13, i'm now 32. Can't wait to purchase my next road cycle!"
