"My entire family have been getting airline tickets, notary public service and translation for over 34 years. They are ok, but no help if something goes wrong when you travel. Like lost of luggage or stuck in the airport. And never mind if you need a little extra help. They simply do not go an extra mile for you at all. Not like their father use to be at all. "This agency is wonderful. Every time I have booked with them my plans went smooth and hassle free. Just a example of how great they are. I booked with them, my parents used a agency in Boston (they live in Boston) for the same flights. Two weeks before my flight, Anna calls me to tell me Lufthansa made changes to my flight. A email was sent to me but I didn't notice it. Thank you Anna for taking care of your customers. My parent's agency never informed them, and after they called to verify with them, their agent didn't say anything. It took their agent 4 days to notice the flights had changed due to Lufthansa. In no time, Anna accommodated me to a much better flight with less layover time. My parents had to wait 6 days to get accommodated to the same flight. Guess who my parents will use next time to book their flights? LOL"
