"Dropped my mac off to get my screen fixed, called 3 times within 2 months to checkup and got told parts were needed, or he was gonna start working soon. after waiting so long I eventually called to request my mac regardless of the condition and was told he “lost my info” so he couldn’t contact me about the expensive screen needed to repair my mac. Simply unprofessional, which is unfortunate bc he seems like a nice guy"

"Was told "You are at this guys mercy" by another company I won't be using.. The Owners tone sounds overbearing but it's just how he sounds on phone but in person he took the time to explain everything and I misunderstood his tone (easy to do over a phone). Also allows texting to simple questions. Only uses new parts. Replaced my Laptop screen and hard drive and transferred all my data. Well worth the $100 service fee and 1 week wait for new screen! Already paid me for a couple referrals too!! Nice family business in Olean! Girlfriend helpful with drop off too. And has cameras to protect dropoffs when he wasn't there."
