"I attended the "gentle yoga" class on Wednesday, but it was a meditation class instead. I think they should change the name of it. So I wouldn't recommend this class to people with experience. Also, the class was in summer while 80s degrees, and the room was closed with no AC on. The door was open, but there wasn't another outlet for an exchange of air that barely entered. We had candles in the room too, which made it even hotter. I personally can't function well in heat. Besides, I'm not a total beginner, so it wasn't my thing."

"My son(started @6months) and I really enjoy our music and movement class at Pure life. Sam and her mom are welcoming and kind. Sam is a great instructor and my son has so much fun in her class. He has learned so much just by being around other children and using different instruments. We can’t wait to attend the Jan-March series!"
