"I must learn how to walk again after massive spinal reconstruction. Complication post-surg. is paralyzed left ankle & foot. With Liz L., my brilliant PT, I am getting movement in the nerves again. It'll be a hell of a long battle, a year or so, but it must be done. I thought I'd be told I'd get *some* feeling back or that there's nothing they could do, but Liz L. Is a positive life force! I'm blessed to have her."
"I was 3 days post hip replacement surgery and the receptionist staff refused to help me check in until I started yelling that I needed help. They allowed other patients to crowd in front of me and left me stranded in the waiting room until my friend returned from the car the help me. I ended up in tears when I made it back to the pt area. My pt person was good and helped me but the front end staff was ridiculous!! Completely unorganized and incapable of helping someone in obvious distress."
