If you want a beautiful arrangement with great customer service, I highly recommend ordering from this particular location."

"Scam. Horrible service and customer service. Bought and paid a lot for an XL bouquet and what was received was a small/medium at best and I paid extra for a birthday banner that wasn’t part of what was received. Said they would send a replacement, never did, had to go back 4 times to work out my refund after they kept telling me we will send out a replacement and send you a $20 coupon for your next purchase. No interest in buying from them again but apparently that’s the script. Customer service tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t deliver. Send fake email confirmations for delivery when you ask for proof of delivery or signature they said they will get it and ghost you. But when I asked for an email confirmation of my refund, 2x they said I should get one within 24 hours and I never got it. One of the worst shopping and customer service experiences I’d had in a long time. Save your money, buy something else. No quality control with local florists to make sure what is being sent is what you paid for . Imagine an “XL” bouquet with barely 8 flowers . Why aren’t florists documenting what they are sending with a picture : why aren’t there electronic signatures . A company this big and they don’t even have the most basic verification options. Why am I paying a $20 service fee then? Please save your time and money. I wasted so much time, didn’t get what I wanted for my mothers birthday and each time you call customer service it’s like you’re starting from scratch."
