WORST VENDOR EVER Divine stylz 2201 Hillside Avenue New Hyde Park, NY 11040 My wife and I decided to use Divine stylz for our wedding because a friend referred us to them. There were many warning signs throughout our contact with them. First, Ali the owner never answers his phone. What kind of business doesn’t answer their phone. They also cancelled many of our stage mock ups, one in which we were driving to from an hour away. Finally after 4 cancelled appointments we finally saw our stage which was decent at best. But we decided to go ahead with them. The day of our wedding arrived and our planner tells us that Ali and the staging team are not at our venue and have not answered calls or emails for the last few days. Keep in mind this is our wedding day! I decided to call him using both my phone and my fiancé’s with no answer. After a few mins my groomsman calls him and Ali answers the phone and tells him that he has no excuse for not being there and that he forgot about the contract and stage. Are you kidding me!!! He Forgot?! And that he was too far to come now to set it up so there was nothing he could do. FYI initially Ali wanted us to use divine stylz for all of our flowers as well, imagine if we did!!!!! Do not ever use these people. They are awful, terrible people, and extremely unprofessional!! How do you forget a wedding stage! ESP after we paid him in full months before our wedding. Please spread this message to anyone who attempts to use them! My wife was heart broken. Use anyone else other then divine stylz or this may happen to you!"
