"Dr Kaplan used an ultrasound to allegedly take diagnostic images of me and used those diagnostic images to try to sell me on thousands of dollars of procedures, then illegally deleted the diagnostic images before I could share them with my coordinating doctors or my lawyer, while knowing that my lawyer would need those files to get my care covered. Also he was clearly afraid of my getting a second opinion on those diagnostic images that “necessitated” the expensive procedure he wanted to sell me… why? He never offered to retake my images or apologized for deleting my patient records. This place is very sketchy and is only after your money. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a doctor who would invest in your healthcare."
