"Husband had surgery in 2016 and 2 days after discharge he was readmitted for MRSA and had to do surgery again. Was in for total of 59 days with more than half of them in intensive care!! Couple of post op visits waited over 2 hrs for a scheduled visit and saw him all of 7 minutes and drove over 4 hrs to see him!!!!"

"No regard for patients time. Drove my father all the way from Buffalo to Rochester for an appt. with Dr. Li that I had made over a month ago only to be told that he had a "prior engagement" and was not there. I was told that "someone should have called me the previous day" to let me know, except nobody did. Clearly it wasn't a "prior engagement" or he would have known about it more than a day in advance. So after finding someone to watch my children for the day and driving over 3 hours, I completely wasted my time and received a half-hearted apology in return. They wouldn't even reschedule the appt. for me and said I would have to call and try to reschedule. I will def. be finding a new doctor for my father."
