This Gym has it all, very professional Trainers with the personality, energy and drive to help you to achieve your personal goals. The trainers work with each individual, even in a group training class, to provide a specialized training program that is both beneficial and challenging. They are the best. "I have been a member since 2009! I cannot say enough worthy of this place. It's extremely family oriented/ friendly....clean, uplifting. The trainers are top notch.. they take time with you and if your in class,they look out for you and make sure your doing proper movement etc.. the classes are designed for all levels. People don't make you feel intimidated. I joined when they had begun the challenge, which I needed at the time..it was fun,exciting...it pushed me to new limits and a new me. I continued to do the challenge for several years following until I got to where I wanted. Classes in the edge are driven and rewarding. You will know you got a good work out at the end. When class is done,they meet full circle with a high five, your off! I have previously been member to other gyms, prior to Golds.. there is no warmth, no personality, no feeling of welcome. When you walk in Gold's your most likely greeted with a huge smile and a greeting with your 1st name .... I would never image being at another gym, well...simply because this gym is so Bad Ass, really, it just is. The owners are great people and they often have gym apprectiations too which are fun. I 'd line to add the good reviews out weigh the few small " hard to believe " complaints...regardless, YOU can get a free pass and Come check it out for yourself. You won't regret it! "Excellent gym with experienced, helpful trainers who are friendly and approachable, along with classes that combine the latest fitness trends and knowledge to create a challenging workout that makes the most of your gym time. I've recently joined a personal training small group and am loving the results and discipline it's given me. I'm not one to spend hours at the gym so the combination of classes and training has been the most efficient workout for me. But when I do "go it alone" I never have to wait for equipment or machines to be free which is also a huge plus.
