"My daughter’s insurance signed dr.pablajani (pcd) as her doctor so . I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter spoke to nat and someone other lady at the front desk .. both told me they are not accepting new patients till December and recommended me to call my insurance and try to get her to another doctor or take her to urgent care .. was not helpful at all.. they said can’t see her even for emergency since she’s not in their system . That I should try to someone else. Which I thought was not right .. she has ulcer's in her mouth.. front desk girls are very rude and wasn’t helpful"

"Dr. Pahlajani is the pediatrician for my toddler as well as my newborn. The staff and the provider are all very friendly and helpful. I especially love how Dr. P really takes her time to explain my conditions/diagnosis as well as my treatment options for my kids. If my kid had a sick visit, she would have nature to follow up and check on them as well. She is very professional and her demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic."

"Not at all happy with this clinic or Doctor.The possibility of getting an appointment is next to impossible.Even when you call for rescheduling they don't even try to accommodate or give options.The clinic says it follows Covid protocols but apart from everyone wearing mask I didn't see a regular sanitization or hand cleansing protocol since I visited with my child.The Nurse/Technician was in a hurry to finish of her checkups and just drop us off in the examination room.The general attitude towards children is very poor.The doctor seemed frustrated/angry and was in a hurry to finish of her electronic records.Glued to the screen most of the time and maybe spent less than 2 minutes talking to me or my child.Examination was quick and very basic.I felt that the doctor as a pediatrician was a very poor example on managing toddlers or highly active kids like mine.She prescribed chewable multivitamins for my young child without even asking if it was comfortable for him(thanks to my pharmacist who gave me an alternate option and has more professional sense of medicating kids!).It's not safe for children under 4 years.Really hazardous and callous behaviour for a pediatrician.I was left anxious after seeing this doc with her stern attitude and zero friendly gestures.I won't recommend this place or doctor for children ever."
