"Receptionist was very rude and yelling at me on the phone when I was just telling her what my doctor told me. I was told that I could start PT at one location and then poetically get transferred to a different office when I move in 2-3 weeks. The receptionist took great offence AND started raising her voice and saying transferred in an outraged voice multiple times. I didn't realized that this was something that wasn't done and was just reiterating what my doctor said. I think it is unprofessional that she kept going on about it in an outraged and rude tone. If she just explained her concerns politely and calmly I wouldn't even be leaving this review."
