"Trying to rectify a mistake between my psychiatrists prescription not showing at my pharmacy. The front desk I have to say is not very professional. They keep telling me the prescription went there and somehow it did not and I know my pharmacy has been requesting this refill all week long to no avail. Now it looks like I will be in withdrawal. Not impressed."
"Came here due to court order it's ok I don't mind nice area I like my therapist flexible hours it goes well with complicated work schedules. The pyschiatrist not so much they are only there 2 days a week until 4 pm so I had to change jobs due to this. Otherwise I feel like no progress is being made but talk therapy never did anything for me purely just complying with court recommendation. Better much better than the rathole hospital clinics."
"The front desk staff here is rude, and hangs up the phone on you. My therapist has to depend on his supervisor in order to approve of people's diagnosis. Which is very odd for a so called "therapist" have to do. My old therapist in Buffalo didn't need a supervisor...I'm just going to go look for a new therapist, this building is just trash and shady."
"My son and daughter started here when my daughter went it was pretty decent. I needed to restart counseling but they kept giving me the run around. Making appts canceling saying they will call right back and not do it. Location Rochester New York....I increased status because I did connect for counseling and it's been very beneficial to me"
"So, I had positive experiences with most of the professionals I spoke with at FLACRA. But there was a sudden exodus of providers followed by the hair-pulling difficulty of getting a hold of anyone to get the help I needed. It feels like there's something very unfortunate going on behind the scenes here, and I honestly cannot recommend this place."
