"Had a terrible experience with this office recently. Switched over from GEICO to save money on my car and home policy, come to find out 2 months later State Farm cancelled my policy due to them “requesting information I never sent to them”. Meanwhile, they never reached out to me requesting any documents, no missed phone calls, voicemails or emails from them. Now I have to deal with the DMV suspending my registration and charging me fees due to an insurance lapse. Such a horrible experience, will definitely not recommend this office because they lack communication skills, not even an apology or explanation when I called them only a “you’ll need to find a new insurance company”."

"For the last 3 weeks or so had been dealing with a headache with DMV after the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from made some clerical errors on my registration resulting in my plates and license being suspended for “lapse of insurance” after calling this office a few times to try and fix the situation and being passed around dismissively from person to person, finally got someone willing to help! Joseph Quinn was great, took control of the situation and assured me everything would be fixed. He kept in contact with me letting me know any progress of the situation and this morning I was finally informed he was able to fix everything with DMV and all suspensions have been lifted. It was very nice to have a representative that actually cared about my situation and stay on top of things. I drive commercially and absolutely could not afford to have lost my license or my vehicle. "Received a quote for my auto policy from this agency, to add onto our existing policy, paid the total in full, only to be invoiced two months later with an outstanding balance. Come to find out the agency rep added discount programs without advising me, never told me about the program and fulfillment requirements, never explained anything to me, and then I am being hit with additional charges. I called so many times I started making a records of the dates and who I spoke with to get this resolved. I called over 10+ times, spoke to at least 7 different people, each time being told they would look into it and call me back, never called me back...I would have to call again and start the process over with a different person. I asked for Cathy herself a few times, and they were unwilling to put her on the phone, emailed Cathy directly and she never replied to my email. This went on until I got a cancellation notice and was forced to pay meanwhile I paid my policy in full when originally quoted. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness of this agency is ridiculous. So much so we moved our entire policy to another State Farm agent. There are plenty of SF agents so if you're not happy I suggest you look into another one. And if you are looking for a SF agent I suggest you don't use this one."
