"THEY DELETED MY COMMENT but posting again: Firstly I went to get the appointment ( Iona Livinti ) when I said I do have severe cramps she said are u sure ?? I don’t think you do have bending pain. She did not even say anything after checking me she just walked out. Then I wasn’t called back after I got the test results then I had called them to ask the doc to call me and she called and told me that I have infection that needs to be treated as soon as possible. Then she told me to get an ultra sound done I did that then no one called me tell me the result for one week then I called them and they made a nurse practitioner call me back and she read the results for me (which I was able to do too) and they charged me $2028 for this. This is ridiculous. I called the customer care and the first person when I asked him (Carlos) he hung up on me. Then I called again it was a lady and when I asked her why it’s charged this much, she started shouting at me and said “we don’t do pricing ask your doc whoever sent you” Unbelievable!!!"

"Unfortunately, the staff at this office is dismissive and rude both on the phone and in person. There are too may practices in the area where good providers and employees exist. This is women's health and you deserve to be treated as if your health is important. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time at this practice."

"I had selected this practice through a family member referral. Had my first visit last year, and my daughters also utilize this practice. First visit last year was fine. This year not so much. I was called into an exam room at approximately 9:15, promptly for my appointment time. I was asked to repeat my entire history ~seems née computer system. Already frustrated. After vitals taken the med tech said the Dr would be in shortly. At 10:05 I got dressed and left. I was raging.50 minutes waiting for the Dr…. enough!!! How come we can’t be late for an appointment, but Dr’s can??!! I hear staff outside the door laughing and chatting Not one person checked on me. As I spoke to the office manager she wasn’t phased that I left. I did leave her with one thought… Tell Dr. Mehta I too have a job and can’t wait any longer. Made a new appointment with another practice! Staff was rude as well."

"I could not have been happier with the care I received from this group throughout my pregnancy. All of the doctors were very thorough, compassionate and easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Mehta delivered my baby, and I can not say enough good things about how knowledgeable she is and how confident & comfortable she made my husband and I feel. All of the doctors spent ample time with me during visits, and there was hardly ever any wait time. The office is very clean, and the front desk staff was always friendly. I would highly recommend this practice."

"I was a patient if this practice for my first pregnancy. All the doctors were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I primarily worked with Dr. Jain and Dr. Lim and would highly recommend them. They called me immediately with test results, took me in without question for emergency visits, and I hardly ever had a wait time. Dr Jain was amazing during my delivery, even when things got tough she kept me calm and focused. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with this group. Highly recommended"
