The doctors and staff are very caring and work hard to accommodate each family. "Overall OK experience. The front desk staff ( Donna ) is rude and unwelcoming. Haven’t had a negative experience with the nurses, they seem okay. The doctors are great Except for Dr. Lee. He’s often dismissive with any issues you bring up."
"We went to 2 pediatric practices before Scarsdale Pediatric Associates and have had only good experiences since. Our Dr is Dr Lee but we have seen Dr Bookner many times as well - they’re both very knowledgeable and have been wonderful since our son was an infant. We love them and would only leave the practice if we moved and it was too far. You want a practice where you can trust all the doctors, not only your primary Dr, because sick visits are with whoever is available. That was our issue at a previous practice. Here, they’re ALL great!"
"Hideous experience, impatient nurses, one with extremely long, unhygenic nails. Not a calm experience for children at all. We found Dr Bookner cold and uncomfortable with children. We switched practices. On top of that the facility is dark, stickers peeling off the walls, lights flickering. Could be out of a horror movie!"
"Our kids are 6 and 8, and both have gone to Scarsdale Pediatrics since coming home from the hospital. We've never had anything but great experiences there. The nurses are WONDERFUL, and all the doctors we've seen take the time to talk through questions, concerns, etc., I've never felt rushed. Doctor callbacks happen quickly and in our experience appointments are easy to get. I noticed a comment in another review on the front desk staff and was surprised, we've always found them to be welcoming and very easy to deal with."
