I once liked their service in LA but they wasted a lot my time here. Now I gave up cos last time they cancelled just 40 mins before. I took my day off and driving on my way. They are unprofessional and doesn’t value customer’s time."

"Disastrous Haircut Experience! I recently had the most disappointing and unprofessional haircut at Ulta Beauty .To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. The lack of transparency from the staff only added to the frustration. Firstly, there was absolutely no form or shape to my haircut. It was as if the stylist had no idea what they were doing. It seemed like they were either inexperienced or simply didn't care about the end result. My hair ended up looking like a complete mess. What was even more infuriating was the fact that I was never informed that my hair was being cut by an assistant. I had assumed I was paying for the expertise of a skilled stylist, but instead, I got a botched haircut from an assistant who clearly lacked the necessary skills. The worst part is that I had to cut my hair even shorter to salvage what was left of it. I do not spent money on a service that left me with an unsightly and uneven mess on my head, not to mention the time wasted in the salon. I feel deceived and betrayed by Ulta beauty Salon for not being honest about who was cutting my hair. Had I known, I would have reconsidered getting the service altogether. I trusted them with my hair, and they let me down in the worst way possible. I strongly advise anyone considering going to Ulta beauty Salon to steer clear unless they want to risk a disastrous haircut and an unpleasant experience. The lack of transparency and the shoddy service are simply unacceptable. Overall, this experience has left me with a great deal of frustration and regret. I hope that sharing this review will help others avoid the same unpleasant encounter I had."
