"This was my 2nd time at this nail salon. My first manicure was beautiful but this time around the dip powder manicure looks like it has pounds of powdered layered together and not smooth. I told the nail tech nicely about 3-4 times they it was very bumpy and no regard. I don’t have time to sit at a nail salon for 2 hours the same day for something that wasn’t my fault. When I called Shirley who is always very nice offered to do it over but at a time convenient to them or to go back in 2 days which I can’t. I would like a refund for my powder manicure"

"They cut my nails too short when I went to them to get my manicure. My nails were naturally long and they were supposed to just file it and do a french manicure. And then I went to them after a week to get the nail polish removed and they used the nail grinder thing to remove it and destroyed my upper layer of nails. Shirley removed my left hand nail polish and that is the one that is destroyed. The top layer of my nails is completely destroyed. I have been trying to grow my nails and they keep breaking bc my layer is destroyed. The top layer is coming back now but I have to keep cutting my nails bc of the layer. The weird half curve line you see is my top layer growing back now. It’s so bad . All I asked Shirley was to remove the nail polish bc it had gel on top of it and I don’t know why she used the grinder thing on my natural nail. I paid to get that nail polish removed and they just destroyed it."
