"Terrible. It pains me to leave this review because Tompkins Bank is a wonderful organization filled with great people. I have had nothing but trouble with a specific agent and his administration of my policies. He over insured my business and property, causing me to pay enormous premiums which were unnecessary. He listed a wrong address on one policy and berated me when the policy was cancelled due to non-payment. That mistake ended up costing me $150 in late fees. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. I have since moved almost 100% of my business to other agencies. Counting the days until all of my policies are with other agencies."
