"I’m only giving two stars because of the cleanliness but other than that there are way better places to get your nails done. I started coming to Polish’D when they first opened and have been watching it slowly decline. I take breaks from getting my nails done and have only come here because it’s close and convenient but I will be taking my business elsewhere because Almost every time I get SNS powder it either chips or peels. It’s either the technicians are unqualified or they are using cheap material. Everytime I complain it’s always some lame excuse that makes no sense. Here is my latest nail issue, mind you this is 4 days after getting sns powder. Done with this place and will try the new nail salons in the area"

"I had an appointment for SNS nails for 6:00 pm on Monday. I got there at 5:55 to pick out colors and the receptionist hastily pointed to the colors, where I looked for a few minutes until the receptionist informed me that I was looking at the gel colors. I told her I had never been here before and I didn't know where to look. She told me and went back to her phone. I finished picking the colors around 6:05, and told the receptionist, who picked up my hand, looked at my nails, laughed, and dropped my hand to the floor. She then said because I took too long to pick out colors, I had to wait because the nail tech took on someone else. I was fine waiting a few minutes, but I did not get seated until 6:25, and having my nails started at 6:30. I was irked by this, as I knew they closed at 7:00 pm and it would be rushed. I got my nails done and not even two days later on Wednesday afternoon that the first nail chipped (1st pic). Just one week later, now several of my nails have chipped (2nd and 3rd pics) and I am SO unhappy with the application of the SNS, as they are supposed to last 2-4 weeks. I have never had this happen with SNS before at other places, and I am so annoyed that I wasted all that time and money for it to be such a horrible manicure with bad service to boot."

"I was highly disappointed that after recommending this nail salon to my mother and sister, they did not have the experience I have had in the past. I booked the appointment for both of them 2 weeks in advance, yet once they got to the salon, my mom was not paired with the person i had booked her with which was Shyanne, instead she was paired with Peter. When my mom tried to tell them that she had an appointment with shyanne and not peter, they simple ignored her request and said that it did not matter and that peter was the one available. This is the second time that our appointments are changed to a different individual at the last minute. What is the purpose of booking weeks in advance if at the last minute someone else will be doing your nails? If we book an appointment with a certain individual is because we want that person to do our nails, not whoever else is available. As per the salon’s cancellation policy, the customer is required to give advance noticed of a cancellation and is required to pay full price if they don’t give notice 24 hrs in advance, yet the salon has no issues cancelling your appointment with the individual you booked it with, with no anticipated notice. Furthermore, my mother was highly disappointed with the lack of care and effort made by Peter. Aside from hurting her while removing her sns nailpolish, He didn’t even bother to clean the dust residue from her removal. Upon leaving the salon, her hands and nails looked worse than when she arrived. It is highly disappointing and a disservice to the salon since there are so many other individuals in the salon who work so well and really dedicate their time and effort to their job such as kelly, shayenne, angela and Kristy. I really hope that no one else experiences this, Polish’D Nail is a great nail salon but all of its employees should work with the same professional standards. There should also be more respect and care for a customer’s time and requests."

"I’ve been coming to Polish’d for a little more than a year. I’ve started with SNS and have now changed to the UV Gel Nail, which I love. The salon is always clean and friendly. I randomly made an appointment with Christy one day and now I don’t want to go to anyone else! Christy is a talented nail technician who can replicate any design! She is amazing! I have been to other salons where they destroy your nails which leads to terrible breaks; since I have started going to Polish’d this has stopped happening. I have been to both Christy and Angela, both are talented and wonderful at what they do!"
