"I don’t understand how this place could say they take appts/ reservations. What is the point at all if you make people who have appt wait an hour and take everyone else who comes in as walkins first! I am really annoyed. They told my girls to wash their hands when we came in to make it look as though they were going to take them next. I complained after 30 min and then they sat my daughter in a seat. Still have not taken her- hour now. Three other people walked in and they did same thing- they are sitting waiting. Really poor management. They basically tell everyone they dash take them, mislead them and have them wash their hands upon entry, don’t let them know when they are swamped and doing acrylic or other things that may take a lot of time and all workers busy. awful."

Have a great Holiday season. ****Hello everyone, this is an update, this Top nails bar owners from my original post above sold the salon, which is sad because they were great. The new owners are absolutely rude and disgusting, I called to make an appointment for another day, it was 30 minutes before they closed, The lady who answered the phone told me to hold on and kept me on hold until they closed I even heard them walking out the door. The next day I go in to tell them what Happened and I went to the secretary at the front desk and I asked to speak to the manager she said OK hold on so I had a seat I was sitting there for 20 minutes the manager came out the front desk girl told him that was waiting for him he sat down talked to other people, some other people came in and they sat down and then he went to them and was like what would you like I was sitting there for 20 minutes he didn't even ask me anything he went straight to some other people and just started talking to them and then when I confronted him about it he acted like I I was bothering him so I walked out, he acted like he didn't care so I'm not gonna spend my money in his salon."

"This use to be a great place to come to , nails always came out amazing more than expected but recently due to the overload of people that come they just sit you down and you think you'll be in good hands since you've been coming here and nothing has gone wrong . i am very simple gel and color and square shape and this is what i got 60$ later . . i never minded paying if they come out great but i was very stunned at my end result and the girl next to me didn't seem impressed with the different technique of how that tech was applying the acrylic powder on . To many new techs that clearly need more practice and don't have much experience will definitely find somewhere else to go where i know i'll be paying to get a good quality ! UPDATE: Thankfully the women who i go to for my pedicure took me in last minute and was able to fix it and give me what i really wanted and felt bad i went through the experience and didn't charge me much to get it fixed . will include the picture .
