"Went thru drive thru for a peach cobbler blizzard. Bought a large total was $8.14. There was just a little bit of peach cobbler on the very top. The rest was all nothing but vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed. Especially if I wanted vanilla ice cream I could get half a gallon for half what I paid for this. I don’t know why we bother coming to DQ. Always a problem. I guess we will stick to Sonic. Thanks for my $8 cup of vanilla."
"I can't beleave how this new location still has problems. Was there on 7-28-23 around 9pm , the burger and chocolate shack was good but with no one else inside it still took longer then usual to get our food. The self service soda machine was OUT of order and there was some sort of repair being made at the inside drive up area. This is a brand new facility, how is that possible. The woman that served us inside was very friendly which is an improvement from what I've heard in the past recently. All the bad reviews have definitely hurt this location. I live local and will be keeping an eye out. I will be making new reviews. I've also read generic replies to this response, if corporate really wants to correct things why don't they go there themselves unannounced and see what happens I would like the results of that posted. Updated 4-15-24 was there today ,I see definite improvements. The woman taking order was very cooperative and friendly. I noticed that sometimes customers are NOT too friendly them selves. Take that into account when you read reviews."
"I was hoping this location has been open long enough to figure out how to do their jobs. I was wrong. Got 2 blizzards the other day and it was basically just vanilla ice cream. I'll stick to the Medford location."

"I like this place, It’s one of my favourite places where I like to go buy ice cream. The truth is that it has too many options that you can enjoy. There are also the hamburger options, which, by the way, have a good quality of flavour. Not only that, but they also provide a good food service, since the workers are very friendly whenever I go, they show a smile to the customers."
