"Very clean and they are very professional in there. A very safe environment. The owner and the workers are very very polite. And if any problems with the machines which is hardly ever but if there is they immediately attend to you they don't make you wait around. I have recommended this laundromat to people and I still will recommend this laundromat to people. I have chosen not to use any other laundromat in my neighborhood besides k&D laundromat on White plains road."

"I really appreciate and enjoy using this laundromat for the amazing machines and wonderful service so this is more of a suggestion from a loyal customer. It states that last wash is at 630pm. I was approaching about 615pm, reached for the door and found it locked while there were patrons inside washing clothes and an attendant cleaning machines. I'm very aware it is Sunday evening and people want to get home, however, if last wash is 630pm, potential customers should not arrive 15 minutes prior to that time and find the door locked. It isn't very welcoming. I chose to leave rather than knock on the door. I don't believe a customer should have to knock to get in when it was 15 minutes prior to last wash. Again, I enjoy using this laundromat and will continue to use it, so this isn't a complaint as i said, just a suggestion."
