"While the person performing the cleaning was very hard working and did her job to the best of her abilities, there seems to have been a miscommunication on behalf of her employer or manager. She did not have the appropriate tools to perform a deep cleaning and had to use my household supplies from the broom, mop, swiffer broom, bleach wipes, paper towels, cleaning solutions... She said she was unaware that she had to deep clean for 6 hours, as the job entailed, and may not be able to finish in time. The company sent her to deep clean an entire two bedroom house, in six hours, alone, with limited supplies. During the cleaning, a representative from the company called to check on how things were going, I expressed my concerns and they apologetically told me that for clients in "the city" their workers only come with limited supplies as there is limited parking in the city so they don't drive to the locations. However that those clients in Westchester "get all the supplies", and if I wanted two cleaners that would be at a higher fee. He thanked me for my feedback and offered me a discount if I chose to have another cleaning session again. I don't think I'll be using this company again"

"Loved this company! The workers were professional, and got straight to business! I received a glass and mirror cleaning with the standard clean. My office looks and feels brand new again. Highly recommended and will be using again!!"

"I never used a cleaning company before, but I got my tax returns and I wanted to be bougie lol. But long story-short I decided to use a cleaning service and I just want to say, it was an amazing experience.Literally. Two Spanish ladies came in the morning and I stayed to watch them clean (because I don't trust people in my home lol.) I got a 2 bedroom apartment and they finished in almost 3 hours. Tbh its the cleanest I've ever seen my home lol. I would deff recommend them to clean your house!! The only issue I had was with the price, I paid $140 for the cleaning. But It turned out to be worth my $140 lol. But anyways I got to show y'all a picture of how they organized my living room. (Unfortunately, I don't have the before picture, but it was messy!! lol)"

"I needed my sister's apartment spotless clean for a big birthday party for her 2 yr old child last minute because we've been busy working. They sent a person to clean my sister's apartment and the experience went pretty well! It was a women who showed up prepared with her cleaning supplies and she was really friendly and made us feel secure in having our possessions safe. The only thing was that they showed up 10 mins late but that was pretty much it. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using their service :)"
