"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I used the restroom before my pedicure and stepped on A DEAD MOUSE… I was so thrown off, I should’ve left, but for some reason I stayed…that was a mistake. I was with my sister and we were there for hours just getting a pedicure. He also cut my toe really bad. Could not have left fast enough. $75 before tip for the worst experience of my life. 0/10 recommend"

"This place has always been a little pricey but a fill ended up being $60, minus the tip. The woman who helped me this afternoon was not only short (rude) when replying to anything I said or asked but when she first started, it looked like she had no idea what she was doing. I had acrylic half an inch high on my nails and was considering asking for someone else but gave her a chance. I’m a rather easy going woman and understand people at times simply have off days. Numerous workers were walking by looking at the job she was doing on my nails and never said a word. A fill and replacement of one nail (give or take a few minutes) took 2 hours! I saw countless customers come in get full sets and leave before a single nail was painted. Certain employees are incredible at what they do. This one was not. And it’s not worth the money they’re charging. Safe to say I’ll be going somewhere else from here on out. There are many places in the area capable of doing a great job…. For half the price. Also, after reading all the reviews posted they clearly don’t take into consideration the voices of unhappy customers."

"My recent visit to Perfect Nail 2 left my family and I deeply disappointed and disheartened due to the discriminatory treatment we received. Not only did we experience incomplete service despite paying for three pedicures, but the differential treatment compared to other customers was evident and unacceptable. Upon arriving at Perfect Nail 2 due to my husband’s desire to treat both my family and I to a pedicure, we were hopeful for a pleasant and inclusive experience. However, it quickly became apparent that we were being treated differently from other customers. While some patrons received attentive service and thorough treatments, my family and I were neglected and given inadequate attention. The discrimination we faced extended beyond the incomplete service. The staff members seemed disinterested and unengaged when attending to us, while they provided a more enthusiastic and attentive service to other customers. This differential treatment left us feeling marginalized and unwelcome, which is both distressing and unjust. We paid $150 for three simple pedicures, expecting treatment of the package we paid for. However, our services were cut short, leaving us feeling cheated and dissatisfied. The lack of attention to detail and the rushed nature of the treatments further exemplified the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. Additionally, the comments made in their native language regarding my child and the service she was to receive further emphasized the discriminatory behavior exhibited by the staff & possibly the owner as well. It is deeply disappointing to be subjected to such discrimination and prejudice in a supposedly professional and customer-oriented establishment. Given the disappointing nature of my visit, I did not feel compelled to express my gratitude through a tip. A tip is usually given to acknowledge exceptional service and to show appreciation for the efforts of the staff. However, the service I received at Perfect Nail 2 did not meet the basic standards required to warrant such recognition. It is important for any establishment to understand that the provision of exceptional service and attention to customer satisfaction are the foundations upon which a tip is typically given. In this case, my experience was far from satisfactory, making it difficult to justify rewarding the staff with a tip especially after being cheated out of at least one of the service that should have been provided. I sincerely hope that Perfect Nail 2 takes this feedback into consideration and strives to improve their overall service quality and customer care. By doing so, they may regain the trust of their customers and create a more suitable environment when they address these concerns, as it will foster an inclusive and respectful environment, and ensures that all customers receive equal treatment and exceptional service. Considering the exorbitant price we paid, the absence of sandals as that was never offered to us and the incomplete service we received, I cannot recommend Perfect Nail 2 to anyone at this time seeking a satisfactory nail salon experience."
