"People are complaining about wait time. The crazy thing is the actual procedures takes like 10 min so this is a management problem. The staff isn’t bad though it’s evident they are miserable. I’m pretty sure the corporation is to blame for that. If I could rate the call center they have in the Philippines it would be a 1. They hang up on ppl, keep ppl on excessive hold, they misinform and if you ask to speak to a manager the will keep you on hold indefinitely. There are basically only there for scheduling of course b/c appts bring money. Corporate as always only cares about the DINERO"
"Waited 5 hours and the regular patients said this is the norm. Front Receptionist was on face time with her bf as she asked me my medical history!! They saw me only when I requested my copay be returned. I found another doctor on Gramatan avenue in yonkers. If you can travel I highly recommend looking into him."
"I Didn’t believe the bad reviews… until I got there and the waiting area is packed .. and on the sign in paper there was 4 patients scheduled for the same time.. they do over book.."
