"My little starfish took three lessons before he graduated to minnow. The instructors do a fantastic job making the kids comfortable in the water and wanting more adventure."

"Would put negative star if I could. Horrible customer service. The office located in Florida and they will never answer the phone and don’t email back right away. It seems like they don’t update the schedules with their teachers either. Went for a class few times and was told my daughter was not on the schedule. Last time scheduled the make up class and was charged for it but the teacher wasn’t there so we had to go back. Lots of changes in policies and higher rates than in other kids swimming schools. Very very disappointed. Never going back."
