Tutor Time of Lindenhurst

"We have been here for a few months. Started our 3 month old out in the infant room. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. They do fun activities with our little guy and send us pictures. The sprout about app is great and we get notifications all day long about diaper changes, naps, feeding times, etc. We can watch the camera in the room if we want to take a peek in real time. Very happy so far."

"An Absolutely horrible place. I brought my 1 year old child here and when viewing the parent cameras during the day I saw my child on multiple occasions standing on tables unattended, putting my 1 year old in danger. The other kids were hitting my child and when I brought the issue up to the staff they said that behavior is common at this age. They did nothing to stop the bullying my child endured. Often times I would pick my child up and the diaper would be completely soiled and face would have dry snot all over it, with one shoe on. This screamed negligence ! Moral of the story is they are understaffed, uneducated and neglectful. They allowed other very sick kids to attend the day care, knowing good and well it would put other children at risk. Unfortunately my child fell sick 2-3 times during the duration of our time here and we had to make ER runs because my child caught RSV and reached a fever of 106 from this day care. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS SAFETY. IF YOU DON"T BELIEVE ME, GIVE IT A TRY AND YOU"LL SEE."

"Unfortunately I couldn't give it more stars than you guys! I think they really have a good daycare service but they don't have the right or poorly educated staff to answer the phone. This week I have tried to have a virtual tour for three days and I have never been able to get it. The dynamics of how to obtain it is not very clear because I connect and no one appears on the call, then I call the phone and all the people who answer me seem to be a little tired of answering the phone and they only offer to reschedule the tour, which is very annoying. The other negative thing I have to say about you is that I am please asking for someone who can assist me in Spanish, they tell me I will connect you to the indicated line and they connect me with someone who does not speak Spanish who also does not want to assist you and does not even have the education. to help you. This is frustrating. My recommendation would be to have the friendliest tour. In the end, I am a client interested in the service."

"I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Tutor Time of Lindenhurts. Directors and the staff are true educators. This is not a typical day care, and in fact I don’t even refer Tutor Time of Lindenhurts as “day care” but as school!!.. I love the daily written to let me know how my child day went and pictures / videos I get while I am at work. These things truly set The Tutor time of Lindenhurts apart from any other day care in the area. I am still amazed everyday when my child comes home with a new skill..."

"They serve breakfast, lunch and snacks. They also send pictures when they remember, and reports of diaper change and completed bottles, etc during the day. The staff are friendly. Another plus is my daughter is less than 2 yrs old and has learned so much for her age, and people think she is so mature. The downside is my kid always had a cold, ear infection, cough or runny nose due to other sick kids, Smh. I recommend vitamins drops for your toddler with extra vitamin C."
