"Husband ordered my engagement ring from Amunet and I ordered my wedding band. Love the designs and the colour of the stones. Communication was generally good, they were responsive - I just struggled when I ordered my band as I'm from the UK and there were so many different conversion charts for UK -> US online l, so I requested a sizing chart to check their measurements and they said they couldn't send one so had to hope for the best! (My engagement ring was too big so couldn't order the same size) Luckily it did fit and went perfectly around the engagement ring centre stone. Delivery was pretty quick as well from what I remember, a little over a month I think."

"UPDATE: After posting this review the company reached out and apologized. They also graciously allowed me to keep both of the rings as an apology and to make up for the issues. I thought that was the end of the saga. However, the company has repeatedly emailed, called, and even text me for many months to take down this review. I have never responded to their repeated communications and have not removed this review, which should be a hint that it would not happen. But they continue to harass me to try and protect their reputation by attempting to force me to remove my statement of experience in dealing with this company. ORIGINAL: Absolutely horrible company, and is quite possibly a scam. I ordered an engagement ring, which took almost a month longer than it was supposed to for it to be delivered. During that I could not get in contact with anybody. After that, I ordered a wedding band. It showed up super fast, but it was not what I ordered. It took almost a month to get in contact with anybody. When I finally did, they were rude and very unhelpful. They even told me that they sent me the band they thought would be best for the engagement ring, without ever even asking me. They refused to give me a refund so I demanded the correct band be sent to me. After that eventually showed up I was going to send the wrong one back. It took multiple weeks for anyone to give me a shipping address, and when they did it was in Thailand. Why would a New York based company ask me to ship it overseas? On top of that, the return address on the delivery box is to a different New York based jewelry company. It appears Amunet does not actually make their own jewelry. I would give negative 10 stars if I could."

I requested some custom adjustments, such as a specific metal type due to an allergy, and all requests were happily accommodated. Correspondence was always fast, polite, and concise. I could not recommend this store highly enough!"

We are 100% happy with our rings. This style is just exquisite and Isabella worked with us to personalize the stones to our wishes (aquamarine and salt and pepper diamond). She is very responsive to messages and we are very satisfied with the product. We plan to buy our wedding bands from her as well."
