"The employee that did my manicure and pedicure kept hassling me to get powder, which I typically do but this time I wanted them short with gel. At first they tried telling me I would have to cut my nails short to get gel which was fine because I wanted them short then the lady that came over to soak them off kept pushing powder gel on me as I said “no thank you, I want to try gel this time”. I had to keep politely asking her to fix my nails to not have sharp corners and make them straight. When it came time to ring me up, she up charged me $5 dollars because she had to take the old powder off. When I asked why since I’ve never been charged this before during any service she replied because I didn’t do gel powder. I was polite but I said I shouldn’t be charged $5 for taking the old polish off when I got a new service. She refused to change the price and nobody offered to correct it. I have been coming here since they first opened and loved it, but I will not be coming back. I didn’t like the dishonesty and then never telling me until paying that she was planning on up charging me. I have never had this happen at any nail spa."

"Madelyn is a perfectionist when it comes to shaping your nails. I’ve tried many salons nearby and she by far did the MOST beautiful job! I wanted a very on trend style and she nailed it! Run don’t walk just make Sure I can still get in!"

"I’m new to the area and have been in the market for a nail salon. There are so many places around here and I’ve tried 3 different ones so far and haven’t loved them enough to make my regular salon. I saw this salon was new and didn’t have any reviews but i decided to give it a shot and im very glad I did! Madelyn did my powder manicure and I was very happy with her. The attention to detail for each nail was amazing and she answered any questions I had making the process super smooth! I knew that she knew exactly what she was doing and wouldn’t steer me wrong. The place is updated and clean. They use sterile tools for each client. For the grand opening they are doing 10% off which was a perfect touch to end of a great manicure as well as a free lotion! I will definitely be coming back!!"
