"If I could leave zero stars I would. My appointment was scheduled at 930. And I would say I did attend to my appointment 10 mins late. As soon as I got in the stylist Tricia proceeds to say he just missed his appointment.. she then proceeded to say I'll take him first.. I know we were late but I felt so rushed. Then when my 2 yr old son sat down on the chair and she asked what I wanted and I SPECIFICALLY said MOHAWK. I told her to just trim his bangs and just cut the sides, nothing more. He had pretty decent long hair. She began to cut his side and without any warning just cut all his Mohawk tail off... I was beyond upset. I then asked her did she cut his tail and she said what? Then I informed her I didn't not want her to touch the tail and to just cut the side.. there's literally blotches of empty spots of his hair. she then said oh I thought he was getting fohwak, and explains what a fohwak is. I know what a fohwak is and that is why specifically said a Mohawk and the sides only.. she the. Moves on the other other side and once she finished she proceeded to the front of his hair and then Again CHOP CHOP... at this point there was no coming back. She literally RUINED his hairstyle that he had for the last 1.5 years... I am beyond upset and then she asks if I had zelle for her tip.... Like excuse me? Granted I still left her a $5 tip with isn't much but I felt like the service deserved no payment. Yet alone a tip. I am upset and left speechless."

"They did an embarrassingly bad job on my daughters bangs. She cut a small section in the front herself and I went in for them to fix it. Dry cut without even spraying her hair down. Her self cut bangs looked better than this."
