"WOW in an understatement. First of all after almost 2 years, he made my eye finally not tear ( 3 hours and going ). I could cry from happiness. Dr. Nichols and his primary assistant Emma, were unbeliavable. Not only were they very competent, very professional but I also got to experience compassion from a fellow medical care professional. I had waited for this appointment for a month, and last night I found out that my insurance was switched and thus was out of network. Being a nurse, I was worried it would cost me a lot. I couldn’t believe my ears when Dr. Nichols said “ I just want to fix this for you, don’t worry about the money”. And he charged me for a fraction of what I should have paid. Emma was also kind to provide me alternative options for the low cost medication. Genesis in the front desk spent all morning with me trying to figure out my insurance. This office, I can say with confidence cares about their patients. Second time here, each visit excellent. Thank you Dr. Whigham and Dr. Nichols and entire staff. 1000/10 would recommend ."

"Dr Nicholas and his assistant was amazing.. this was the second time I need to have a chalazion removed. I first went to Dr. Raflov in Bethpage back in September.. his bed side manor was TERRIBLE.. he didn’t offer any assistant or education.. no suggestion on eye care.. he was rough n callous with how he handled me. I had no idea how painful or uncomfortable the procedure was.. so when I developed another one on the other eye.. I did NOT want to return to Bethpage. And I found Dr. Nicholas in the Brentwood office.. Brentwood was on time( Bethpage is normally 30 min behind) the staff was very friendly.. they even showed me a quick video about the chalazion and how it’s caused.. even tho the procedure still was painful n uncomfortable.. dr Nicholas was gentle n talked me thru the entire procedure.. he gave me some compresses for my eyes and suggested some lid wipes.. n gave me a few samples!! Seeing DR. Nicholas the second time around.. made me realize how mistreated I was in Bethpage the first time!"
