"I am unable to go directly to the store due to work hours but hate having to call because of one specific person Marilette. Every time I would call to make a payment she would place me on hold for 8 mins then come back on the phone forgetting she had just answered it ! Ask what I would like again and then place me on hold Again. The most recent call I had to make she made me wait 16 mins and would have waited more if I had not hung up. I called again and received her voicemail and she continued to send the call to voicemail at least 4 more times. I finally got a hold of someone different. The sweet older woman that sits in the left back corner answered & the entire call with her only took 6 mins! All that hassle for 6mins that Marilette could not have given me or had the decency to tell me she was busy to please call again at a later time. This place is great when you go directly to the location but when it comes to being on the phone if you get Marilette how ever you spell her name I honestly recommend you request to speak to someone else cause she will leave you on hold and forget."
